Phono Cables from tonearm / turntable to a step-up transformer
For this connection we offer:
- 5 Pin DIN to Cinch/RCA (for those who have an existing step-up transformer with only unbalanced inputs)
- 5 Pin DIN to XLR male
- Cinch/RCA to XLR male
- XLR female to XLR male (for example Thorens turntables offer a XLR balanced output

Our DIN Plug fits very well, with a diameter of 12 mm
If you need an angled variant or a slightly slightly smaller diameter, we use Van Den Hul The Tac Plugs (11,9 mm diameter).
Phono Cables from step-up transformer to phono preamp
For this connection we offer:
- XLR male to XLR female (for preamps with balanced inputs)
- XLR male to Cinch/RCA (for preamps with unbalanced inputs)
- Cinch/RCA to Cinch/RCA (from an unbalanced output of a step-up transformer to an unbalanced input of a phono preamp)
- XLR male to ODU (for preamps with that special balanced input)
Example for a MK Analogue phono cable: from the balanced output of our SUT-1M or SUT-1L to a phono preamp with unbalanced inputs.
